Make sure that the documents you are trying to upload meet the specified file format (e.g., PDF, JPEG, PNG).

Also, check the file size limits as mentioned on the portal 

• Upload passport size photograph: (jpg or png, Maximum 1 MB).
• Upload Signature: (jpg or png, Maximum 1 MB).
• Upload Enrollment Certificate: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
• Upload the category and Disability Certificate if applicable: (pdf, Maximum 1 MB).
